Header Element not working

Hi
I have copied an existing page Header Element, created a new one and then set to only display on one page.
I cannot get the page to show this header element. It always shows the default.
I did try to set the Header Element to show on another page as well but this did not work. It is also difficult to set the background image. Does not 'save' properly.
Grateful for any ideas

OK I think I have got this now.
I also needed to EXCLUDE the page from the default header element for this to be live
