[Resolved] Header Element has disappeared

UPDATE:
Instead of Display Rules > “Page” > Startpage
I should have setup Display Rules to “Frontpage”

Hi,
on my clients site https://allaroundturkey.de/ we had setup an hero-header incl. a text via Appearance > Elements that should be displayed underneath the menu (see https://allaroundturkey.macbay.net/wordsmith01/), but it’s not shown anymore. Cannot reproduce when it disappeared exactly, so I need your help to bring it back again.

Is it possible to check why its not displayed and how to bring it back, please?
