[Support request] Header Element doesnt work

Hi
Iam new with generate press
I have several pages of my site with Beaver Builder premium, including Home Page
I tried to set a custom text and button in the header-Hero following the video tutorial.
But when i upload the logo, the main menu fade out.
I have tried all the set up combination, but I can get control over the logo and menu position
This is a known problem?

Not 100% sure if I understand.

I don’t see a header element on the home page.

Did you remove it for now or it’s simply not showing?
