Hi there,

I created a header element, set it to frontpage, but it doesn't show up on my frontpage. What am I doing wrong? My other header elements (blog, etc) are working just fine.

Hi Renske,

Do you have multiple Header Elements active on the site? If yes, can you share the elements list so we can see if there are any display rule location conflicts.

If you need help in checking things on the backend, we can help you out if you can provide temporary backend access details.

You can use the private information text field to provide this - https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-premium-support-forum/#private-information

Yes I do, I have a homepage header, a blog header and a blog post header. See below for log in credentials.

Can you temporarily disable 2 factor authenticator as well? Thanks.

I believe I've already done so :)

Edit: sorry, I just did (WordPress/WordFence newbie here ;-))

Doesn't seem to be the case yet - https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAukA9zy

And this may also be related to caching as I can see that from all of the issue inquiry you've posted, the nature of the issue seems to a correct setting not immediately applying. :D

I just disabled 2FA :)

Ah I see now.

Your Header Element for Front page is actually active on the page, but the image isn't displaying because there's no code content inside the Page Hero tab's content area.

You can try adding this code on the Page hero's code area.
<!-- page hero -->

You then add a bit of padding top and padding volume value so to increase the viewable space for the hero image. :)

Btw I can see now what's the exact issue w/ the Global colors topic. I'll answer it on the other topic you've opened. :D

Awesome, thanks! I'll mark this topic as resolved :)

No problem. Let us know if you need further help. :D
