I have a header element set up which contains some text. I would like to change the font of the text. I would like to use a specific font and I am unsure how to do this… (when using CSS, I can only change the font to one of the standard fonts). Any advice on how to do this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi there,

What font are you trying to use? Is it a Google font?

Yes, I think it is a Google font.

Then CSS should be the solution.

    Which font are you thinking?

It is a font called niconne.

Are there any <h1> that you don’t want that font?

ie would it work if you set the H1 to that font in the customizer?

Keep in mind that there are two separate options for this:

No that wouldn’t work, I don’t want all the H1’s in this font. I just want to change the font of the text in one header element if possible.

I took a look of your pages and I feel like it should work if you set the Heading 1 (H1) to niconne and leave the Single Content Title (H1) to Montserrat.

Can you give that a shot?

There doesn’t seem to be an option to set the font of the single title h1, there is only a font weight and text transform option (as far as I can see).

    Ahh sorry my bad ๐Ÿ™

Hmm are you using <h6> in your site anywhere?

If not can you try selecting niconne for h6 to load the font then we should be able to use CSS for the header element.

    Let me know ๐Ÿ™‚
