Header Element - All Posts - Not Appearing

MESSAGE: I'm going through the tutorial here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/ to learn how to create elements and I followed along creating the header element on my site and assigning it to display on all posts, however when I view a post the header element is not applied. What am I missing please? Thanks!
Hi there,
i can see the header element and the background image.
Try reducing the opacity of the Background color as thast obscurring the image. And add some Top / Bottom padding to make the hero taller.
