Header displaying incorrectly on mobile

I installed the Avery Library Package. I updated the header, but the old version is still showing on mobile (including the Avery Logo). Is there something installed in the Avery package that is stopping this from changing?

Unfortunately that didn't have any effect. It is not just the logo. There is no menu on the header and it isn't the right color either.
