Header customization not correctly shown

Hello,

I've changed the header alignment to left and I've also aligned the main menu on the right, next to the logo of my website. This is working when I'm logged as administrator, however, once I visit the website as regular user my changes are not saved and I still see the old settings on the home page.

When I access a post I am able to see the logo changed but with different background, as I've tried to temporary set a header background which was later removed. None of the saved changes described above are visible.

Since I don't want to publicly show my website at this point, let me know where I can sent it to you, so you can take a look at the issue.
