Header Content missing from Customize Menu

After my network host transferred our files and made the website go live, the Header Content option in Customize disappeared. Any suggestions?
If you're using the latest version, it's now named "Site Identity".
I changed it as it now contains the a Favicon option, which isn't really header content related.
Let me know if that's it or not :)
