Specifically, the image being rendered on Desktop and mobile is this: https://www.vietnam-reiseprofi.com/wp-content/bilder/site_bg.jpg

The image is pixelated and small which is causing the issue with regards to how the image looks.

With that said, can you try uploading an image with a higher resolution?
