Header Banner Responsive Problem

Hi all,
My site: test2.hcaircon.co.za
The header banner is not resizing per screen size. We have people with 24" screens where the picture cuts off and myself with a 19" wide its shows perfectly.
Please help me to get the same size to show on all screens. I have looked everywhere and I think I'm looking over it.

Hi Rika,
Not quite sure what you are after. Right now I'm seeing a header image (452x140) aligns to the left and it doesn't get cut off on my 24" screen.
Can you explain a bit more?

Sorry for taking so long to reply. Now on a 24" screen it works perfect. Now on my 19"/18" it doesnt show correctly. It cuts off on the right hand side.
I go to http://ami.responsivedesign.is/ to check what the header does on each screen size. Its the banner image in the back ground. Not the logo. Think I removed it when you checked :D. Sorry got frustrated that it doesnt want to work correctly.
Is it my layout settings or the size of the image?
Background images are tricky like that.
In the "Position" field when adding the background, try this: right center
