Header Background Static Help Needed

Website is https://Ashland-Freemasonry.org when I use the image I want for the header background as static it zooms in way to much. Is there anyway to fix this?

Also the header is currently covered by half of your logo image. I would recommend splitting the icon and info up so you can into one as a logo image and info as textwidget.
Yes that is the image and can you elaborate on your second suggestion of splitting the two?
You can try setting it Size (auto) or 100% Width instead of contain in Customizer > Background Images > Header
But the main problem is that the image (990x180) is too small for your header (1350x220).
I will modify the image and see if that helps thanks.
