Header area on homepage and posts not displaying properly

Hi,
I am using the 'Broadcast' theme and would like it to match the way its displayed in the demo. If you check my website https://www.cvfaqs.com/ you will see the header area is not displaying properly. Also in posts the title header area is not displaying for example here https://www.cvfaqs.com/uncategorized/coronavirus-faqs/ how do I fix this? thanks belinda
oh nevermind I did figure it out, saw its creating a page hero. however I do have another problem that the navigation menu only displays on the homepage and not posts
