Header and Navigation support

Hello everyone in the GP team! Very recently I decided to move away from Elementor and page builders in general. After some research I decided GP Premium and GP Blocks Pro are the way to go. I'm still early in the inevitable learning curve that comes with such a transition. So I'm seeking some help on how to achieve the Header layout that I wish. I spent many hours researching, and managed to achieve some things here and there, but not the full layout of my preference.

I need help on:
- How to achieve this Header Layout (including Navigation). And I also wish all of it to be sticky except the custom image, which I guess will be put there with an Element. Sticky = Logo, Off-Canvas Menu, Cart, Navigation, Search.
- After I achieve the desired layout, I might want to include other items left of the cart, like Login or Wishlist icon. So I need to know the process. An example of Login on the left of the Cart can be seen in my live website here: https://ibb.co/tL4y8tK
- Any small guidance regarding the Hero Section is welcome.
