Header and menu only displays in Full-Width mode only

all my headers and Menu settings are displaying in full-width even when I set them to stay within my setting of 1440 wide for the page. I'm still using Beaver Builder ver 1.94 and GP Premium ver 1.2.94 and I've even deleted both plugins and reinstalled them and the problem continues ... any ideas how to correct it?
