Header and footer disappear when I activate WPML plugin

Hi,
I installed and activate WPML plugin here on a development website: http://anyc.staging.wpengine.com/
As soon as I activated the plugin, the top menu, logo and footer stopped being displayed.
You can see in the live website (without the WPML plugin activated), how the header and footer should be. This is the only difference between the 2 websites. https://www.anywherecommerce.com/
Wordpress and all my plugins are up to date. I am also using Elementor, but it is the same things in pages where Elementor is not used, such as http://anyc.staging.wpengine.com/news/
I also tried to not load my custom CSS in case of a problem there but it did not changed anything.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.

I'm not seeing anything obvious.
Can you test with only GP and WPML activated and see if the problem still exists?

Thank you. The plugin causing the problem is https://wordpress.org/plugins/header-footer-elementor/
I deleted it and all is working well.
