Header and Content Area Margin

Hi

So I am using two page header elements. The home page header is fine however the general page header is coliding with the content (there should be a gap between the grey and the white content and sidebar box)

I have tried the off-set site header height and the page hero padding but cant seem to get the white content and sidebar boxes to move down. Well I can if I override the css margins on those two areas but then it looks crap in mobile.

What am I missing?
