Header alignment tablet

Hello,

My top logo\nav bar is not displaying correctly on tablet. When in portrait or landscape the nav and search links are on different levels rather than lined up. Weird thin is it displays correctly in dev tools on testing but when viewed on an actual Ipad it does not display correctly.
