Header after theme import

Hi GP fam,
I imported the Health theme to a brand new site tonight and something weird happened with the header. I am not sure how to fix this.

Can you try uploading a new logo in Appearance > Customize > Site Logo? If you're using an SVG, upload one with this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/safe-svg/

I realized this happened because I did not set the wp-config.php file to False. I just did this, tried the import again, and it worked perfectly this time.
Do I need to change the php file back to True now? Or is that a permanent change.
What specific line of code are you referring to?

Can you try reverting it back to true?
