Tina
I want to create a header such as this one
https://wordpress.com/theme/dyad-2 with the addition of a top barI tried several times to merge the header with the navigation following these instructions https://docs.generatepress.com/article/merging-header-navigation-content/
and it doesn’t work. It pulls my page up, my navigation disappears as well as my logo and top bar.I don’t know a lot of coding but can copy/paste snippets with clear instructions.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Your page is under coming soon page so unfortunately I cannot see the issue.
That instruction is for people who are using page builder so make sure you are.
Or else you should try this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/merging-the-page-header-site-header/
If not then I’ll need to see the site 🙂

Hi Leo. Thank you for your reply
I still am having the same issue.
Nothing is working. Yes, i am using a page builder (Beaver builder)
As I mentioned I am
following these instructions https://docs.generatepress.com/article/merging-header-navigation-content/
and it doesn’t work.
It pulls my page up, my navigation disappears as well as my logo and top bar.I was told to deactivated the section add ons with using a page builder. Would that cause an issue?
I also disabled everything from Generate theme except for the header, top bar and footer. All the middle section was build with Beaver builder.
I would greatly appreciated if this issue could be solved asap as my website if also ready to go live.April 19, 2018 at 5:32 pm #555241Tina
How do you want me to show you the site?
April 19, 2018 at 9:23 pm #555329Leo
StaffCustomer SupportYou can either disable the coming soon page for now.
Or provide the login info here. (no one can see your site link so the info is useless for others)
You can also use Account Issue and reference the topic link:

I sent you all the details through Account issue with post reference number

StaffCustomer SupportI’m getting “404 not found” in the link you provided through Account Issue.
Can you double check?

The Company logo is inside the header. Home page
Where you able to access the website?
April 23, 2018 at 6:37 pm #558552Leo
StaffCustomer SupportYup.
However it doesn’t look like you’ve done the suggested method here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/merging-header-navigation-content/
When I go to Dashboard > Page Headers, there isn’t a page header created.

StaffCustomer SupportCheck the disable element metabox of that page:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/disable-elements-overview/Make sure the navigations and page header/featured image aren’t checked.
Please also keep reply on here so it’s easier for me to track.
Thanks!

I verified that. The disable elements meta box for the navigations and page header/featured image isn’t checked.

StaffCustomer SupportI checked it before my last reply and they were checked. Unless you’ve changed it now?
April 25, 2018 at 8:55 am #560172Tina
I gave you access to my website and please correct me if Im wrong but, I thought I gave you access to the back end of my website as well..
You should have been able to verify that without asking me to check for you.Just wondering…
