Okay, I give up, spent ages trying to sort this new issue which is 2 parts.
1. Whenever i use GP Heading in the topbar section I cannot see live changes, I have to save it and refresh everything for the changes to show.
2. Why is the Top bar not responsive? the text remains HUGE whether mobile, tablet or desktop.
I know learning a new system is hard but this is like impossible.

you mention the Top Bar section - i don't see that on the site you linked to?
Thats because I been playing about with it so much I have taken it off, you could have used the login info and put it back on.
It is back now anyway.

Not sure if I fully understand the issue. Are you referring to the block widget editor?
