Is it possible?
Logo in the top left, a sentence in its right, maybe I can do with photoshop, logo and sentence. In the top right the searcher and under this level, the menu.

Hi there,
i would begin with the default Site Header displaying Site Logo / Site Title.
Secondary Navigation Location: Float right add menu for Languages and Contact.
And a Header Widget to contain your Search Widget.
Then set a background image to the header to fall behind the logo / site title.
Primary Navigation Location: below header
