Head menu and logo issues

Hi
I uploaded an image for you to assist with my inquiry.

Issue.
I would like logo and header menu be in line with each other.
Both logo and menu right to the top.
How do I remove background black color from menu bar.
Please kindly help

Yes but I think you only gave me viwe access so I can't actually see anything:

The issue is that your logo has lots of top and bottom padding so you will have to crop them: http://YOURURL.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Logo-02-1-e1517361703151.png
And if you are sure the Colors add-on is activated, the primary navigation panel should be there.

I'm afraid we can't edit your logo - you'll have to crop it yourself using an image editing program, or even within WordPress: https://codex.wordpress.org/Edit_Media#Edit_Image
Once you crop the excess space around the logo, everything should line up nicely :)
Yes I cropped size to 350 by 70

The logo is now inline with menu title.
but i can't find primary navigation panel in the customize > color. it's not there and a lot of your add ons are not in the customize sections.
At the moment it appears the customize section is in the GP free version.

You are still able to have access admin.with same login details.
could you please kindly see what is going on and help me to put or the add ons to customize navigation.

You have to click Activate to activate them.
