Hello,

For some reason I am having trouble changing the background color of a particular section from gray to white. Please take a look at the page. I have set the background color for the section to #ffffff and it does not seem to make a difference here. Not sure what's going on.

Thanks for your help!
Chris

Hi there,

Which section are you referring to?

Can you disable Autopimize and any caching plugins you are using first?

I'm referring to the section with the box labeled "Reopening with Safety in Mind". The gray extends beyond the photo to fill the full width. I would like to set that as white and have set the background color but it stays gray no matter what I do.

I turned off Autoptimize and WP-Optimize and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

That's because the outer container is set to contained.

Try changing the body background in the customizer to #fff.

Also, are you just building this site? If so I would highly recommend using Gutenberg with GenerateBlocks instead:
https://generateblocks.com/

The Sections module is out-dated and will no longer receive any updates due to the emergence of Gutenberg.

Fixed! All set, thanks for your help

No problem :)
