[Support request] Having different layout for the Categories?

Is it possible to have other than the default Category layout. There are no adjustable settings at all for the Post Categories..

Hi there,

category archives respect the same layout as the blog page which can be set using the blog module:

And likewise a GP Block Element Content Template or Loop Template can be applied to them.

Let me know if that helps or what you specifically want to change.

This can be applied to a single post or a archive page.

Doc for Loop Template:

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-loop-template/

This can be applied to only a archive page.

In either ( all ) elements you can set the Display Rule > Location for where you want it applied.

For a single post in a specific category use: Post Category -> the category term
For a archive you can use Post Category Archive -> and either the category term(s) or All Categories
