Having blocks appear at the same shape/size on our blog index page

I've followed Leo's helpful video tutorial to create our blog index page here: https://alternateg1stg.wpengine.com/blog/
Most blocks are the same height, but some with longer post titles are taller. Is there any way to have them all have the same shape, dimensions, for example a square?

Can you try setting a minimum height on the container?

Something like 520px should hopefully cover all of them.
