Have Posts From another Site Appear on Homepage?

Hello everyone, and happy holidays!
I am wondering if it is possible to have posts from one site (excerpted with featured image) appear on my second site? Similar to what WSP can accomplish.
There are 4 current posts at Miramichi Flash that I want to appear on the homepage of The Miramichi Reader. I own both sites.

There is the core RSS Feed Block in WP that would allow you to display posts from your other sites feed.
Its fairly basic in what it displays, but there are other RSS feed plugins in the WP repository that may give you more design control.
I have tried Feedzy, but it doesn't give me much control over the appearance in the free version. I'll check out some others. I assumed that I would need a plugin to accomplish this.
