Have any way to download older version Generate Press and Generate Block?
I need download all for backup. Have any way?
And download GP Premium with all version? Can you help me down load it?

no - we don't provide a repository for legacy versions. I am not sure why you would need them for your backups....
The only legacy versions available are for plugins that are available in the WordPress repository - heres a link to the GenerateBlocks one:
