Hamburger Menu with Nest Menus (Mobile)

Currently running 3.0. I am working on the mobile version of my site https://www.superco-opbros.com and trying to streamline navigation. On the desktop version we have a menu, consoles, that has 2 sub-menus which works like a charm on the desktop. On the mobile there is no way to get to the last part of the menu. Is there a way to have it expanded on the mobile site or have it function like the desktop?

can you disable you cache/optimization plugin so i can see whats breaking the sub menus in the off canvas?
The plugin has been disabled. The mobile page is loading incredibly slow now so bare with it. Appreciate the help!
Aah my bad... thats because you're using a Navigation Widget. Instead edit the Menu you want displayed and select the Off Canvas Navigation as its location.
If you want to keep the Social Icons above the Menu let me know and ill provide some CSS to do that.
