In non-mobile mode, when I click on the text of a menu item that has child items, it opens the parent and displays the children.

In the slideout mode, when I click the text of a menu item that has child items, it opens the parent and displays the children but then instantly closes the entire slideout menu.

How can I stop this behavior? The solution is to click the downward tick icon adjacent to parent items, but some users don’t understand this.

    Hi there,

Any chance you can link us to your site so we can take a look at the issue?

    Hi there,

the URL for the sub menu “Lawyer Categories” item needs to be just a # – remove the https://.

Hi David. The slideout menu items that have children don’t use https and they already have #. Am I missing something?

Sorry didn’t mean HTTPS – that menu item URL currently looks like this:

    http://#

It needs to be just: #
