H4 bigger than H3

Hello,
Recently I've noticed that my H4 headline seems larger and bolder than H3. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Is this a setting or did something change?
Hi Adam,
You should be able to adjust the font size at customizer > typography > headings.
Make sure you've activated the Typography module at Appearance > GeneratePress.
