H1 shows in the main menu

Hello,
When I change the title of the page (H1) (for example, instead of just anti aging, anti aging - best hacks and techniques to reverse your age, it showed up on the main menu. I want my H1 to be more than 2 words and I want them to be seen in featured images.
Please, advise.

Have you tried using the Navigation Label field in the menu item so you can name it whatever you want?
