H1 is equals Title

When im check my website post with sitechecker.pro I'm getting on page SEO error that H1 is equals Title, as i can see in your template every title has h1 tags so is it a problem do i need to change something?
Hi there,
the <title> is held in the <head> of the document. And is what get's displayed on Search results.
By default this is the same as the Post title which is displayed in the H1.
Its not an error or a problem but you can change your SEO title in your SEO plugin. This will update the <title> tag but not the H1.
Example:
<h1>GeneratePress Review</h1>
