Hi
Does the H1, H2, and H3 set for SEO? I mean if I change the size of the H3, will this could affect my SEO?
I want to make the title appear bigger on my posts and pages.

No - you can make them larger without effecting SEO. Of course it makes sense they are not as large as a H2 or H1.
