Hi, just bought GP-Premium and already huge fan.
I question/problem though: On blog posts it would be needed to have the headline above the featured image on the single.php. (Otherwise users visit the page and are lost, as the headline ends up »below« the fold.)

How would I accomplish that?

Hi there,
With the Page Header add-on activated, go to "Customize > Layout > Page Header" and set the Single Post Page Header to "Below title".
