H Tags Generating Custom ID's

Hi,
I am noticing that all of my H tags are generating custom ID's inside of each tag. So like so:
<h3 id="h-how-to-prepare-butternut-squash">How To Prepare Butternut Squash?</h3>
I'm curious what the reasoning is behind this? It seems like a potential to be flagged for keyword stuffing pretty easily.
Can I disable this?

The theme doesn't add this class to headlines, I assume it's added by the block edtior you are using. :)
This is being generated by Yoast SEO Premium in case anyone else comes looking for it here!
Being added to make it to where jump to sections works properly.
