Gutenberg Block (Table Of Contents) Bottom Spacing

Hi guys,
This might not be your issue but been having problems with the reusable block Table Of Contents over the last few months.
It's just been glitchy... with header not showing because I selected and bolded it instead of adjusting under typography settings. Also, have a site-wide issue right now with all the table of contents blocks that were converted to regular. Need to replace them all. Seems like they've changed it somehow and now it's fine to leave it as reusable.
My question:
The only issue now is the spacing below the block. See image below. Is there anything we can do about this or no?

If you add the table into a gb-container, then you'll be able to manage the bottom margin.
