GTM Code not installing/firing properly

I have followed instructions to implement GTM: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/implement-google-tag-manager/
I've also checked that the source code is showing the 2 GTM codes.
However, Google Tag Manager Preview Mode is not working. I've followed this video and tried many ways to fix it but nothing is working: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEWZv3Jofg8
I looked for gtm.jp in the chrome developer tools but keep seeing 'failed' status: https://www.loom.com/i/01d73ac3eac94a50b58402a83de21f37
Even when I disabled all plugins on my website and only left GP Premium and Generate Blocks Pro activated.
I've never had issues installing GTM codes on my websites before and I'm not sure why it's not working with Generate Press Premium.
Troubleshooting help is greatly appreciated.

i checked your site, the codes look correct, the gtm.js is being requested and i ran a test on GA Checker and the GTM codes were found.
Can you recheck the site in your GA account ?
Hey David, thanks for confirming that my codes look correct. It turns out it was a network problem that was causing the tag assistant to not connect and allow me to see the preview. Using a different internet connection solved the problem!
