Group Block in a row

Hey guys,
I am pretty new to your blocks editor, though so far have been working much more with them.
I seem to have a small issue though getting blocks in a row of three columns, to group together and present responsively. The row presents fine on a Desktop or laptop, but on a mobile each column within the row, presents as a column, not a row.
How do I force the blocks in a row of 3, to remain in a single row when viewed on a mobile device?
I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the Group but can't seem to get the 3 columns to group together.

You can see the issue on the url I have added, under the headings Trackability, Dynamic Targeting and so on.
