Grid layout like Upwork front page

I hope you and your family are well and there is sunshine and no rain on the Island at the moment.
You may recall from some of my previous posts I already have my head around how to make two columns using
However I am interested in if I can use GP inhouse grid to replicate the columns on Upworks front page:

Under the "work with someone perfect for your team" they have links to web developer, mobile developers, writers etc, 4 columns x 2 rows HOWEVER if you view on mobile screen it scales to 2 columns x 4 rows.
Can I replicate that design using GPs inhouse grid and if so how?
Hi Max,
Weather is nice here - my favorite time of year. Not too hot, sun still out and the trees are changing color. Plus it's almost hockey season :)

It allows you to create a grid, and change it depending on desktop, tablet and mobile.
