Grid falls apart + Youtube embed errors in console

I'm trying to display a grid of posts with embedded videos. You can see the problem at https://animations.planxweb.com/category/portfolio/
There are massive gaps and JS console is complaining about some YouTube library.
I'm getting a not found error - has the URL changed?
There was some glitch with permalinks, please try it now. Although the YT related error (base.js) seems to be gone, the grid is still broken with massive gaps between some of the posts.

I have, before I made the post here. No difference. Could it be related to using the theme on a WP multisite instance?
No, that shouldn't make a difference.
Any caching plugins? Custom functions or CSS?
