Gravity view widget not showing via shortcode on page

Hi,

I am using Gravity Forms and Gravity View. When I view a Gravity view page via permalink, the search and footer widgets appear at the top and bottom fine. But when I place a shortcode on the page, the search and pagination widgets don't appear. Gravity View support says they can't re-create it. I'm wondering if it's something to do with my Generate Press layout, perhaps it's blocking the widget from being able to load? If you inspect code on the view page, you can see the gravity view divs and code. But when I put a shortcode on a regular page, and inspect code, it's not there.
