Samuel
Hi,
I have my Gravity form with conditional logic that are not displaying.
I found this on the documentation of the plugin : https://docs.gravityforms.com/common-issues/#why-is-display-none-being-added-and-my-form-isn-t-showing-up-
I tried to disable all plugins and it didn’t resolved the problem.
So I was thinking about the other “footer” option they are talking about the link above ?
What’s you opinion on this ?
Thanks for your help,

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
the Theme does use the WP_footer function so can’t see that being an issue.
Can you link me to a page where i can see the problem?Documentation: http://docs.generatepress.com/

Here you go : Link
You’ll see under titles H2 “Contacter Kaanas travel” and H3 “Réserver une visite” there is the form not displaying.
Thanks

StaffCustomer SupportTheres a JS error in the console related to iframeResizer – you probably want to resolve that first as it may be stopping other JS from firing.

Hi,
This error is linked to my newsletter integration with mailjet which is an iframe but it’s not what’s causing the issue. If I turn it off, error is fixed but the issue with gravity form is still here.
Do you have any other idea ?

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
Does it work if you deactivate GP Premium?
If so, can you try turning off your premium modules one by one to see if one of them is causing the conflict?
Let us know 🙂

Yes David, as I said I disabled every plugin and switched to Twenty Twenty without success.

StaffCustomer SupportIf it still doesn’t work on TwentyTwenty and without plugins then it sort of eliminates any theme of plugin conflicts. Are there any custom functions on the site ?

I’m not really sure what you mean but if you are talking about what’s in my function.php, as I’m using GP child theme, every custom functions are in this file.
And as I made my test switching to Twenty Twenty theme all custom functions where deactivated so it can’t be a function.php problem.
But maybe you’re talking about something else ?
October 5, 2020 at 3:50 am #1472765David
StaffCustomer SupportIf all the functions are in the child theme ( as opposed to in a Plugin like Code Snippets ) then thats correct, changing the theme means they wouldn’t apply.
Really doesn’t leave us with anything more to assess. You will need to speak with Gravity and explain it nots working with either GP or the TwentyTwenty theme.
