gpp 2.0 beta - content template on a static page

Hi there,

maybe a dumb question but I'd like to be sure, since gpp 2.0 documentation is still a little concise :)

I have followed Leo's video https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-content-template/
When in location rules I set "blog" as Leo does, in the blog page everything works fine.

But if I set a different location, i.e. a static page, posts are not showing up.

Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to show a list of posts on a static page apart from the blog one?
