GPP 1.11.2 small block element inconsistency

Hey !
Just wanted to give a heads up concerning small things missing in the block element.
1. Was preview in new tab intentionally removed?
2. No warning when saving a block element without assigning location.
Very small issues but they diverge from expected behavior, was wondering if it's intentional.

1. Elements are a "private" post type, which means they aren't previewable by themselves on a page. They need to be hooked into the theme using the Display Rules in order to show up. Only public post types can be previewed.
2. This is a tough one in the block editor. We played with it and didn't come up with a release-worthy solution. Still working on it :)
