GP Waterfall slowness question

I normally like to try and fix slow loading items in the waterfall. Currently, looks like generatepress.woff2 and gp-premium.ttf are both showing over 1.3 secs. Is there something in Autoptimize or within the theme itself that we can tweak to help with these times?

What...... That is pretty darn cool. Thank you! Dropped document complete time significantly and worked like a charm! Going to roll this out to all GP sites.
By the way, are there any negative side effects? ie. maybe using something legacy to pull GP font?
