[Support request] GP theme does it have a capability to build a theme like this?

Hi

can we create a theme look in the home page like i found in http://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold-app/

logo over image on landing and while scrolling it exists into a white space,

also the menu has social media aligned with the primary navigation bar
