GP sites not loading

Hi GP Team,
I have the latest wp + gp + gp premium plugin with the license key added.
when i click on sites library - it loads the page but without thumbnails and when i click on preview it says 'connection reset' it displays the details page but without thumbnails
I tried pinging 'gpsites.co' from my vps (where the wp is hosted) but it's not able to ping gpsites.co either.
hosting is on a linode vps.

It sounds like your server is blocking communication. Do you have a firewall in place where you can whitelist our IP, possibly?

thank you for the reply. no there is no firewall running on my server (it's a ubuntu 1804 vps on linode)
if i do a ping from my local mac (from my home), i get the following with request timed out:
PING gpsites.co (178.128.151.156): 56 data bytes
Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
Request timeout for icmp_seq 1
Request timeout for icmp_seq 2
Request timeout for icmp_seq 3when i ping gpsites.co from the vps:
ping gpsites.co
PING gpsites.co (178.128.151.156) 56(84) bytes of data.it just sits there -
ufw is disabled.

What's your server IP? I'll check to see if it's banned on our end :)
