    Hi Tom,

I have been so pleased with GP Premium on one of my sites I have decided to use it for a second one. But I am having trouble uploading the plug in. This is the error message:

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosoraweb081/b1107/ipg.xxxxxxxxxxcom/xxxxxxxxx.com/wp-content/plugins/gp-premium/

    Plugin install failed.

    That means it’s already installed.

Go to the “Plugins” area of your Dashboard and you should see it in there 🙂

    Hi Tom,

No sign of the plug in at all. I have 15 active plug ins and 1 inactive GP does not appear there at all. I have it on my other site – I can see it there. But not on this site.

    Thanks for helping.

Hmm, maybe it was half removed at some point.

Login to your server via FTP or your hosting control panel file manager, and navigate to “wp-content/plugins”.

Find “gp-premium” and delete the folder.

Now you should be able to upload it.

    Let me know 🙂
