GP Premium Wordpress Installation Issues

I downloaded the GP Premium plugin zip file and installed it in Wordpress. The plugin is activated but when I click configure it returns "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." GP Premium is also not showing up under appearance or in the themes folder.
How can I resolve this?
I think you have to install the GP Base theme and then the plugin activates the premium features
